レベル：DELE A2〜B1
「理想の家は？」「都会と田舎、どちらに住みたい？」「家事の分担は？」。住まいもDELE B1の会話・作文で定番のテーマです。留学やワーホリで部屋を探す時にもそのまま使えます。
今回は住まい・家事の単語とフレーズを、日本語訳と英語訳つきでまとめました。

💡 piso の2つの意味
piso は「マンション・アパート（の1戸）」のほか、「階」の意味もあります。スペインでは地上階を planta baja と呼ぶので、Vivo en el tercer piso は日本式でいう「4階に住んでいます」です。
“piso” means both “flat” and “floor”. In Spain, “primer piso” is often above the ground floor.

3. mudarse（引っ越す / to move (house)）

4. la fianza（敷金・保証金 / deposit）

- Hay que pagar dos meses de fianza.

2. Nos repartimos las tareas（家事を分担しています / We share the housework）

まとめ
piso・compartir piso・alquiler・mudarse・fianza は部屋探しの必須単語。家事は hacer la compra・poner la lavadora・fregar los platos など、動詞とセットで覚えましょう。
会話試験の「理想の家」のテーマでは、条件法（Me gustaría vivir en… / Preferiría…）を使うとB1らしい答えになります。
